Five S's are crucial to Antigua's character and prosperity - Sand, Sea, Sun, and now Security and Safety. These are the words of Hon. Steadroy Benjamin, Minister for National Security, Antigua and Barbuda, with whom Executive Director, Freddie Woolland had the great pleasure of meeting in August this year. The Minister spoke of Antigua's security priorities and success stories, his vision for Antigua to be a legal and justice training hub for the region, and the huge value in effective security cooperation across the wider Commonwealth.
